Building on the information in the Fundamentals and Intermediate courses, this course explores some of the more challenging issues of these visas including a special focus on financials. Special topics include fundamentals of financial statements covering balance sheet, profit & loss and net assets statements, audit fundamentals, net business assets calculation, private individual investment issues regarding capital, income and tax issues, and a special focus on property transactions including inheritance/gifts, off-plan investment and more. The final part of the course will focus on the submission report including templates and forms, source of funds explanations, using flow diagrams to simplify submissions, high level vs operational level management activity, and referencing and source documents. Special focus on new regulations expected July 2021.
