Visa Cancellations and Discretion Provisions (Cat A)

This in-depth course features information and strategy regarding visa cancellation under various sections of the Act including ss 109. 116, 128 and others. Includes discussion of the process of cancellation, revocation, submissions against cancellation and more. A special focus is on the Minister’s discretion not to cancel in some circumstances and how practitioners can build effective cases arguing that the Minister or AAT should use the discretion (when available) not to cancel.
