Description

This course is the third part of a comprehensive three-part special series of courses about migration pathways for medical professionals. This course includes common mistakes RMAs make when dealing with medical and legal practitioners, relevant non-immigration legislation that can come into play (AHPRA, DWS, Medicare, Section 19AA, 19AB, IMGs and FGAMs and more), choosing the right occupation for your client when applying (which is not always a straightforward map to ANZSCO), legitimate shortcuts to PR for your medical and health practitioner clients, case studies and much more.

This 2 hour workshop will provide 2 Category A points upon completion.
