A detailed examination of the AAT appeals process in the AAT General Division focusing on conducting hearings and writing effective and successful submissions including the Statement of Facts, Issues and Contentions, identifying and using evidence effectively including basic evidence rules utilised by the AAT General Division, identifying and preparing witnesses, strategies in dealing with the Minister’s lawyers, giving opening and closing arguments, and the central role of representative in conducting the hearing. Includes PDF submission examples.
